The “SOCK-It-To-Me!” Contribution Campaign

SOCKS are one of the most overlooked and underestimated clothing donations given, yet SOCKS are needed the most; especially for school aged children. They are a ‘renewable need’ and a constant for children on a year-’round basis. To help fill this small, but critical need, we invite you to join us in the “SOCK-It-To-Me “Contribution Campaign!

We are asking any and all workshop attendees and other community conscious steppers to collect donate and contribute new pairs of SOCKS for school aged children from now until our School Supply Drive event Friday August 7th, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois.

So help us help others and “SOCK-It-To-Me!”

CCS will be collect items all month until the event.

Every workshop conducted by or inclusive of any member of SiS, Step and Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation between April 15, 2009 and August 7, 2009, will be a designated collection point for any contributions of SOCKS and other school supplies. The specified timeframe will allow for collection of all school-supply items collected by SiS and the Step and Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation to be distributed in time for the 2009-10 school year.
